Behind HRConnect is Torben Østergaard, who is passionate about making a difference for you and your company.
Torben has more than 15 years of experience with HR and recruitment from both Denmark and Germany – from large international companies and as self-employed since 2020. In that time, he has filled more than 200 positions.
That experience is now used to help business owners and leaders find the right employees and create growth.
Our office is in Horsens, and our clients are mainly located in Central and East Jutland, including the Aarhus, Herning, Horsens, Vejle and Kolding area.

HRConnect was founded in 2020 with a desire to help small and medium-sized companies drive their business to the next level - by addressing their business challenges with tailored HR initiatives.
We are on a mission to deliver solid HR initiatives to our clients, thereby contributing to their growth and profitability. We seek to have few but close clients, as we wish to understand the business before tailoring and executing HR initiatives to answer their challenges.
Our vision is to become the preferred HR partner for Denmark based small and medium sized companies -
not only because of WHAT we deliver, but also because of HOW we deliver!
